How we handle
your information.
This page describes website contact options and the enquiry delivery feature. Online form delivery is enabled only after its service configuration is complete.
Contact form
You can contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp. When online form delivery is enabled, the form sends your name, email, optional company, selected interest, and message through a Cloudflare endpoint to our Microsoft 365 inbox so we can respond. In local-check mode nothing is sent. Closing the overlay clears its local fields but cannot recall an enquiry already accepted for sending. Do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive documents.
Tracking and storage
No marketing analytics or advertising scripts are added by this contact feature. The light/dark theme preference is stored in your browser under sinirtech-theme. When an enabled online form is opened, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical browser and network information for spam protection; the endpoint also uses a temporary IP-based rate limit. Enquiry content is not stored in the website repository or browser storage.
Email enquiries are handled in our business mailbox. Email and WhatsApp links open external applications whose providers apply their own data practices. Hosting providers may process technical request data. Do not put personal information in URLs.
Content manager
The separate content manager is for authorized website editors. Local editing saves files on the editor's computer. When GitHub publishing is configured, editor authentication uses GitHub and an OAuth service; Decap may keep its editor session in browser storage. Published content and edit history are stored in the configured GitHub repository. These editor tools do not submit visitor enquiries or add tracking to the public website.
Contact and enquiry handling
For privacy questions or enquiry follow-up, email [email protected]. Enquiries are used to respond to your request, not as permission to send marketing campaigns. Mailbox retention and deletion procedures must be confirmed by the business before online form delivery is enabled. Microsoft 365 and Cloudflare process data as part of the configured service.
